What Does Shipping Cost?
Nationwide Shipping is R165 and Complimentary shipping on all orders over R2500.
When will I receive my item?
When your order is placed, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. (This based on stock and availability) Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.
Can I change or return or exchange my item?
Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges within 7 days of the item being delivered. No exchanges can be done on custom orders or sale items.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We pride ourselves on high-quality items. We will refund/replace the product if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, and not the result of normal wear and tear. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you.
If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with the product:
Please contact haus.ateliers@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, the first and last name the order was placed under, and an explanation of why you wish to return or exchange your item(s). Please include a picture.
Ship the item to the return address using a registered courier company. The cost of the shipping will not be covered by Haus Ateliers. You will receive a response email or WhatsApp confirming/declining the exchange, as well as a status on the availability of the new items. If the new item(s) isn’t available, Haus Ateliers will issue a complete refund or a credit that will be valid for 1 month.
Products must be sent back in their original packaging, otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your refund/exchange.
Haus Ateliers is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
